Our mission at Premier Water Damage is to provide the finest water remediation services. We believe that our company exists to attract and maintain customers while exceeding their expectations.
CEO – 12yr Navy Combat Veteran – Purple Heart Recipient - With over 25 years of experience in the construction & mitigation industry. Justin started out as a clean-up worker on projects as a boy, and then with more involvement and dedication honed his skills as a carpenter and crew leader. He uses these years of hands-on experience to now manage the many details of Premier Water Damage. He holds a BS in Aeronautical Engineering from Embry Riddle.
COO – As a veteran/teacher advocate, Sarah has extensive experience in compliance, training, regulatory matters, and has represented clients in connection with Department of Education. She uses her many years of experience to assist property owners with insurance claims as well as assisting property adjusters. She holds a Masters of Science in Behavioral Research from Walden University.
Office Manager - Supervising document control activities, including drawing control, project file management, and bookkeeping. With her wealth of experience in the construction industry, she advises management regarding various HR policies and procedures, as well as applicable federal and state regulations.
Operations Manager - 4yr Marine Combat Veteran – Navy/Marine Core Achievement Recipient - With extensive experience leading units, Kerick brings a proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage field teams. During his career, he has built up extensive experience in customer facing roles in the service and disaster relief industries.
Training Coordinator/Field Supervisor - 9yr Army Combat Veteran – Purple Heart Recipient - A master plumber and foreman with over 9 years of experience in commercial and industrial plumbing, specializing in project management, blueprint analysis, and construction. A proven track record of executing large-scale construction projects with diverse teams. An expert in OSHA safety, personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols, and building codes.
Field Estimator – With 5 years of experience in plumbing and mitigation he provides initial site inspection, scopes of loss, and performs specified containment. He provides a wealth of knowledge in insurance coverage analysis.
Justin, the owner was extremely professional and knowledgeable. My mother had some damage due to frozen pipes. and he showed up immediately. Justin took the time to explain everything to my mom. She was so appreciative of that. Justin was honest. courteous. patient. and prompt throughout the entire process. His team really knows how to make each customer Id lice they are the highest priority. They communicated exceptionally well throughout the whole process.
I really don't even know where to begin other than to say I don't know what I would have done without the help of Premier Water Damage. Justin and Joe responded to our home when the bathroom flooded and helped with the entire process from beginning to finish. Mind you. I was a total mess and broke down several times because I do not 'life very well in these situations. But because they came in and took control of the situation my husband and I were able to go see family while the process of putting everything back together began. We feel so blessed to have done business with this company! It is also wonderful to see one veteran (Mr. Justin Britt) serve more veterans in the area! Thank you so much and though you all were outstanding we truly pray we will not have to have anything else fixed lol!
Highly recommend! Premier Water Damage acted quickly and efficiently to mitigate our problem and stop further damage. Through the entire ordeal we always knew where we stood. Communication was 100%. Every process was explained to us and everything was completed within the suggested timeframe. When they said rt was fixed, it was. No recurring problems.
